Notifications are configured at three levels, so the right people hear the right things.
Per client (Settings > Notifications inside the client): the email recipients for this client's routine results and summaries. Recipients do not need Adside accounts, so client stakeholders can be on the list. The Slack tab controls channel delivery.
Agency-wide (agency Settings > Notifications): defaults that apply across clients.
Personal (account Preferences): what you personally receive, regardless of team settings.
Every email Adside sends includes unsubscribe controls, and routine emails come from [email protected] (add it to your safe senders if summaries land in spam).
