Slack
Connect Slack under Settings > Integrations and pick a default channel for the client.
Routines post their results there unless they specify their own channel.
Optionally enable the Slack agent so the team can ask questions by @mentioning Adside right in the channel. See Slack: notifications and the @Adside bot.
Manage recipients under Settings > Notifications, per client. Recipients do not need Adside accounts, so a client stakeholder can get the weekly summary directly.
Every email has unsubscribe controls, and each member manages their own preferences under their account settings.
Agencies: the common pattern is one shared Slack channel per client (your team plus theirs) receiving a weekly routine, with a monthly email summary to the client's leadership.
