Agencies and clients: how Adside is organized

One agency, many clients. What lives at each level and why it matters.

Adside has two levels. Your agency is the account your whole team belongs to. Inside it, each client is a separate workspace with its own ad accounts, competitors, brand kit, reports and chat history. In-house teams usually have one client per brand they run; agencies create one per customer.

What lives at the client level

  • Connected ad platforms and Slack channel

  • Competitor tracking, boards and social listening

  • Brand kit, assets, briefs and generated creatives

  • Dashboards, saved reports and routines

  • Chats with the agent, scoped to that client's data

What lives at the agency level

  • Your team members and their roles

  • An agency-level brand kit (useful for agencies that make client-facing reports)

  • The agency tier of the Brain: knowledge shared across every client, like your playbooks and ways of working

  • Billing: one subscription, priced per active client

Switching and adding clients

Use the client switcher at the top of the sidebar to jump between clients. To add one, open the switcher and click Add client: enter the brand's website and Adside researches it the same way it did during your onboarding.

Nothing leaks between clients. Competitors, creatives and reports stay inside the client they belong to, while your team and your shared knowledge travel with you.
