Share dashboards and results with clients

The ways to give a client visibility without giving them a login: shares, digests and reporting seats.

There are three ways to keep a client (or a boss) in the loop, in increasing order of access.

1. Share a link

Chat threads and ad boards have public read-only links. Send an analysis or a creative direction without any account on their side. See Share a chat thread and Boards.

2. Send them the numbers on a schedule

Routines can deliver branded performance summaries by email or into a shared Slack channel, on whatever cadence you choose. Recipients do not need Adside accounts; you can add any email address under Settings > Notifications. This is the most common setup for weekly client reporting.

3. Give them a reporting-only seat

Invite the client into just their own workspace with the reporting role. They sign in and land on Top creatives, can browse the dashboards for their brand, and see nothing else: no other clients, no chat operations, no settings. See Give a client reporting-only access.
