Meta bulk import: launch hundreds of ads in one batch

From a folder of creatives to live (or paused) ads in Meta, in one flow.

Operations > Meta bulk import takes the most tedious job in paid social, uploading creative variations one by one, and turns it into a single batch. Add assets, set the copy, pick the destination, launch.

The flow

  1. Pick the ad account and ad set, or create a campaign and ad set inline without leaving the page.

  2. Add creatives: upload files, or pull from the client's asset library, Google Drive, Canva, Figma, or your existing ads.

  3. Write the copy: primary text, headline, description, with Add variation for text variations. The AI can generate copy from the assets, or import it from an existing ad.

  4. Destination and tracking: call to action, URL, display link and UTM parameters.

  5. Launch. The Launch ads as active toggle is off by default, so ads arrive paused for a final check in Ads Manager unless you decide otherwise.

Beyond the basics

  • Table view: flip to a spreadsheet layout, one row per ad, for bulk-editing copy across dozens of ads at once.

  • Carousels and placements: build carousel ads and per-placement variations in the same flow.

  • Default ad settings: set defaults (UTMs, CTAs, partnership ad settings) once at the agency or client level, and every upload inherits them.

  • Uploads history: the Uploads view lists past batches with per-ad status, and failed rows can be retried without rebuilding the batch.

Bulk import is Meta-only today.
