Meta is Adside's most complete integration. Connecting it unlocks reporting dashboards, Top creatives, bulk upload and launching, ad previews, ad comments and creative sync.
Connecting
In the client, go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on Meta Ads.
Sign in with a profile that has access to the right Business Manager, and approve the permissions.
Pick the ad account to use with this client. If your login exposes several, Adside asks you to choose.
Use a System User for agency stability
Personal logins expire and people leave. For a durable connection, Adside supports Meta System User tokens, which do not expire with an individual's session. The Integrations page walks you through it; once set up, the connection shows "System User, never expires".
After connecting
Historical performance backfills and then syncs daily; the page shows the last sync time.
The Meta specialist agent appears in chat, so questions route to it automatically.
Bulk upload and campaign creation become available. Remember: anything the agent creates starts paused unless you say otherwise.
Troubleshooting
Connection shows expired: reconnect with the same account, or switch to a System User token.
Wrong ad account: disconnect and reconnect, choosing the correct account at the picker step.
