Any chat thread can be shared as a public read-only link. Use it to send an analysis to a client, or to show a teammate what the agent found without them digging through the app.
How to share
Open the thread.
Click the share icon in the top-right of the chat header.
Copy the link. Anyone with it can read the conversation, including charts and images. They cannot send messages or see anything else in your account.
Threads you share stay live as the conversation continues. Treat the link like any other shared document: anyone who has it can read that thread.
