Ask about performance: mentions, charts and real data

How the agent answers performance questions with live data, and how to scope a question to a specific campaign.

Ask the agent a performance question in plain language and it queries your connected accounts, then answers with tables, charts and a short read of what stands out.

Good questions to try

  • "Show me spend and CTR by week for the last 4 weeks, with a chart."

  • "Which ads had the best cost per purchase this month?"

  • "Compare this week to the same week last month."

  • "Anything unusual in the account since Monday?"

Scope a question with @

Type @ in the input bar to pick a real campaign, ad set or ad from your connected accounts. The agent then answers about exactly that object instead of the whole account. This is the fastest way to ask "why is this one underperforming?"

Where the numbers come from

Ad performance data syncs from your connected platforms daily; dashboards and the agent read from the same source, so chat answers match what you see in Reports. The agent is built to only report numbers it actually pulled. If a channel is not connected, it will tell you rather than guess.

Tip: if you find yourself asking the same question every Monday, turn it into a routine and have the answer delivered to Slack instead. See Routines.
